This website is built on encounters — between words and images, thought and form, silence and composition.
Each quote carries a voice, a fragment of human reflection shaped by time, experience, and contradiction. Drawn from writers, artists, thinkers, and observers, these words speak of love and doubt, of stillness and unrest, of meaning and its absence. They do not explain the images they accompany, nor do the images attempt to illustrate them. Instead, they meet somewhere in between.
The photographic compositions act as counterparts rather than translations. They respond, resist, echo, or quietly diverge. In some pairings, the connection feels immediate; in others, it remains distant, ambiguous, or unresolved. This tension is intentional. Meaning is not fixed here — it unfolds in the space created between what is seen and what is read.
By the way: All 36 images are also in my photo book "QUOTES", available at Amazon.
